What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, preferred contact method and the requirement details you type. We also record the page you sent it from, the referring website and campaign tags if present, your browser type, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only to prevent spam.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or proposal, keep a record of our business communication and protect the form from abuse. We do not sell your details.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted on Lovable. Enquiry records are stored in our Lovable Cloud database, notification emails are sent through Lovable Cloud email to our Google Workspace mailbox. We use website analytics to understand page visits; your name, phone, email and message are never sent to analytics tools.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
Email info@heliviq.com to access, correct or delete your details. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
